A Sound Ceremony
and a Social Mixer

11:11 is a recurring evening in South of Fifth where a crystal bowl sound ceremony, Persian hospitality, world music, and a late-night set happen in one room.

If you have been looking for a night out in Miami that is neither a nightclub nor a silent meditation, this is the middle path. Every volume so far has sold out. Vol. 4 arrives this fall.

What actually
happens

One evening, three movements. Doors at 9pm, and the room stays open long past midnight.

9pm

Arrival on the pool deck

A rose water hand cleanse at the door, saffron water, signature cocktails, Persian delicacies, and a cup of Elixir's ceremonial house blend. Ispand smoke cleanses the space while a global soundtrack plays at conversation level.

11pm

The sound ceremony

A short crystal bowl sound healing, then a reading of Rumi poetry in English and Persian. At exactly 11:11pm, one strike of the Daf, the ancient Persian frame drum. One strike, one breath, one room completely present.

11:11pm

Choose your frequency

The evening opens up. Dance inside to a curated global set of classics and hits, linger outside for late-night conversation, or unwind at the Elixir lounge in the hotel lobby.

From 9pm to 11:11pm we ask you to leave the screen behind. It is an invitation, not a confiscation policy.

Miami's conscious
community

11:11 draws professionals, founders, creatives, and wellness enthusiasts, alongside a strongly international crowd. Miami is a global city, and the room reflects that.

Coming solo is normal

A large share of guests arrive alone. The format is built so that talking to someone new is the easiest thing in the room.

Global by design

Persian roots, a world music soundtrack, and an international guest list. Expect several languages within earshot.

Midweek, on purpose

Held on a weeknight so it draws people who genuinely want to be there rather than a weekend crowd passing through.

Three volumes.
One summer.

Summer 2026 brought three sold-out volumes to The Meridian Hotel. Here is what it looked like.

If you've never
been before

Do I need to know someone to come?

No. 11:11 is open to anyone who buys a ticket, and plenty of guests arrive on their own. The opening hospitality ritual and the 11:11pm moment give the whole room something shared to talk about.

Is this a party or a ceremony?

Both, in sequence. The first two hours are hospitality, conversation, and a short sound ceremony. After 11:11pm it becomes a late-night social evening with a curated global set.

Do I have to participate in the sound healing?

You simply stand where you are. The crystal bowl ceremony lasts a few minutes and asks nothing of you beyond being present.

Is there alcohol?

Yes, alongside non-alcoholic options. Signature cocktails, saffron water, and Elixir's ceremonial house blend are all served.

What does it cost?

Each volume is ticketed and priced when it is announced. Dates and links go to the Platform Wellness WhatsApp community first.

When is the next one?

Vol. 4 is planned for this fall. Join the WhatsApp community to hear the date before it goes public, or read more about the series.
